Our luxury villa comes complete with all the modern amenities you would expect including 4 bedrooms (2 Masters), 3 bathrooms (2 en-suite), fully fitted kitchen, air conditioning throughout, 65" Roku television, PlayStation 2, DVD player, Video Recorder, CD player and a large luxury screened swimming pool and spa, which can both be heated (additional charges apply).

A pin coded lock box for the villa keys is provided for your convenience.

The 2 car garage has been converted into a fantastic Games room complete with pool table, air hockey table, foosball table and an electronic dart board.

In addition to all these facilities, the there is an onsite tennis court, volleyball court, childrens tot-lot and play area plus many other features which are a must for a great holiday in Florida, and include free WiFi or cable internet access.

All these facilities are available free of charge to all our guests for the period of their stay in our villa.

This villa is self-service--meaning the guest will need to provide their own toiletries such as cleaning supplies, paper towels, soap, shampoo/conditioner, toilet paper, detergent, etc. You are welcome to purchase a Starter Kit from our office with some of these supplies if you wish.
