First, compare our reviews and booking calendar availability with other houses! We book fast, and book one year out with many repeat guests visiting us each year. We operate like a hotel: we'll be your concierge before the trip to assist with everything from touring plans to dining reservations. Once your arrive, our on-site property management team will be a phone call away to assist should you need them.
Second, we COMPLETELY renovated this house! Many homes in Windsor Hills Resort or the local area have not been renovated EVER.
Third, we have ZERO hidden fees or post-booking surprise add-ons or surcharges. No pool heating fees, no BBQ grill fees, no parking fees -- this could easily total another $1000 per week with other rentals.
But the most UNIQUE and OUTSTANDING feature of Ohana House is that we're one of only a few houses with NO rear neighbors AND total privacy. We even took it one step further and had the right and left walls of our pool patio enclosure professionally frosted, resulting in total privacy on ALL sides of the pool area. If you choose a home with a rear neighbor in Windsor Hills or similar Central Florida rental communities, the pool areas in many cases can come as close as 10 feet together -- not very private! We're a scenic 3-5 minute walk to the resort areas, whereas other homes may not even be within walking distance and require a car ride to get there.
