Don’t plan to enjoy the pool or check in on the day you want if you rent here.
The property was nice but had a lot of issues. We advised the owner we needed to check in at midnight due to our flight. They advised that this would be no problem. We got there and were never given the code to the house to get in. Vrbo also didn’t do much to help and only offered a credit if we stayed at a hotel but no hotels in the area had availbiltu. We had to sleep in the car! When we finally got into the property it was clean and organized. 4 towels and 2 hand towels for a property that is for up to 6 people though is just not enough. The doorknob on the 2nd king size bedroom was broken and the tv had no power. The blinds all throughout the property were also broken and falling off constantly. When we attempted to use the pool, the property did not have the pool fob and when we asked about it we had to wait 3 days to get a response and the response was essentially just “talk to the office” which would not help us as the gov was not there. I will say the owner was very prompt in refunding me the day I was not able to sleep in the property which was very much appreciated but the overall experience was not great. This trip was a failure of communication from both vrbo and the owner making sure the property had everything as advertised.
