This property is located inside Windsor resort
You will have access to the water park, miniature golf, restaurant, bar, arcade room and much more. It is located within 10 minutes of Disney World and other theme parks. Four bedrooms with TV’s. Additionally one in loft and one in the living room. There is 24 seven security. A list of ALL your guests will need to be sent in 48 hours prior in order to make passes for them to get through security. This is to keep all the kids safe while in the resort. If you want the pool heated, you will also need to pre-pay that 72 hours prior and give notice. It does take 48 hours to warm up the pool. The community pool is warmed up. The arcade game room is free. There is a restaurant on site and a bar.
During your stay at this vacation home, you'll be close to Mystic Dunes Golf Club. Features include an outdoor pool, a gym, and a hot tub. Enjoy your stay with amenities like free WiFi and a private pool in the vacation home.

Could of been better

I had red flags thrown at me after I booked the house that’s when I learned extra rules they never told me how much it was a day to heat the pool they just told me $200 from Fri to mon then when I contacted them Fri night he said it was too late to get it because he had to turn it on Wednesday for it to be hot by Fri I know that’s not true it do take about 12 hours to heat the spa and 24 to 48 to heat the pool itself then I learned that every guest who stayed at the house or came to visit us at the house had to be put on the list by the property manager I told them that these little details need to be put on vrbo I followed the rules and got everyone that was coming out on the list then once I arrived I had to call them over and over to get the door code cause it was never sent to me and the number for the host was a google voice number that was weird they kept asking for the same info over and over when I sent it every time they ask for the info overall the house was ok only the downstairs water didn’t get that hot this house didn’t have no cookware or basic cleaning things had to purchase it if you book this home make sure you take video and pictures of every little thing cause after I left I don’t know if the cleaning people are liars or the host but they tried to up charge me for sheets that they said were peed on which was a lie I just stripped the beds for them and for a clogged sink it wasn’t I just washed the dishes and left the stopper in the sink with dirty water
