Pool Heating:
ATTENTION! Love a warm swim? You can add pool heating to your reservation for just $35 per day—both the pool and spa share the same efficient, connected heating system for consistent warmth and energy savings. Simply let us know at least a week in advance! Pool heating is required for the entire stay and will be invoiced separately. Please note that during the winter season. if the external temperature is too low, the heating may not reach expected levels. We want to ensure you're aware of this in advance. Also, please avoid using the pool during cold or rainy weather.
Pool Maintenance:
To keep the pool in perfect condition, it’s serviced weekly. After rain showers, you may notice some debris in the water—this is completely normal and clears quickly.
BBQ Usage
Guests are responsible for refilling the BBQ propane tank during their stay.
Pet Policy
Furry Friends Welcome: We accommodate up to 2 dogs (subject to our insurance policy’s accepted breeds) for a $150 pet fee. Please ensure your pets are leashed outside, never left unattended in the home unless crated, and cleaned up after. Woof woof!
Travel Insurance
Highly Recommended: We strongly suggest purchasing travel insurance for your stay, especially during Florida’s Hurricane Season (June 1st to November 30th). Refunds will adhere to Airbnb’s policy at the time of your booking.

Please treat the property with care, as you’re staying in someone’s home. While we’re here to address any concerns promptly, please remember that there is no on-site presence 24/7. Contact us immediately with any issues so we can resolve them swiftly.
No Parties Allowed
To ensure a peaceful environment for all guests, parties are strictly prohibited. A $1,500 penalty fee will be charged for any violations or reported parties. Thank you for your understanding!
