This is our second year at this property and would never hesitate to stay here. The location is great and the house is set up to accommodate a large crowd without feeling like it is a large crowd. Kelly is an excellent host and as he lives close by, he promptly addresses any concerns. The pool and hot tub operated well and were enjoyed by all.

There were 18 of us traveling together, and the house was perfect. After long days at Disney parks, everyone had plenty of space to either go to their room or between the upstairs and downstairs living room had seating areas for everyone. There was lots of room in the living, dining, kitchen area. I would definitely stay here again..

Very comfortable house with tons of room. We thoroughly enjoyed this house. We had plenty of room and everyone felt comfortable. We liked the game room! That was lots of fun. And the host communication was truly exceptional. Also, we liked the location - it was close enough to make getting to Disney easy but far enough from all the chaos. 10 STARS!! The host Kelly is the ABSOLUTE best! He kept me informed before my arrival and offered suggestions to my inquiries. The home is so beautiful! Extremely clean, spacious and lots of room for guests to move around. The pool was warm and the jacuzzi was perfect! Small things like body wash, detergent for laundry and coffee pods were gratefully appreciated! My family and I had a blast and can't wait to return!! The children loved the Christmas tree and we placed our gifts and stockings around the tree.

A stay for softball

The property was spacious and up to date. It was nice to have so many king sized beds to sleep in for the adults. The two rooms that were connected by the bathroom were perfect for my family that had little kids. The location to the clubhouse was also great so we could walk.
