Awesome Townhome Beautiful Lake! Clean! Near EPIC Universal Disney Convention

This is a quiet community of townhomes (2 story units). Located in the middle of all the action. Because we have a limited access entry, there is no traffic inside the community and it is very quiet. An Oasis for your perfect vacation!

The newest big new theme park, Universal's EPIC, just opened a few blocks away.
10 minutes to all the theme parks. The townhome is between Disney, Convention Center, Universal, Sea World and 4 water parks. You will LOVE this location.

Spacious, clean, safe, fun, lake view, big bedrooms, 2 full baths, fluffy towels, 3 TVs, Super quality beds, and linens.

The kitchen appliances include a microwave, refrigerator, range, dishware, and cookware. Enjoy a dining area off the kitchen and large family room. The sofa has recliners. Wait until you see the wonderful high vaulted ceiling and lovely light.

You'll enjoy free convenient off-street parking. Spectrum provides Hi-speed internet and cable TV. Our easy laundry facility has 4 new fast washers and new dryers. Do a week's worth of laundry in less than 2 hours!

Privacy and distance are easy because of the well-designed floor plan made for peace and quiet. One bedroom is downstairs with a queen bed, TV, and private freshly remodeled bath. The 2nd bedroom is upstairs. It has 2 queen beds in a giant bedroom with a balcony, walk-in closet, private bath, TV, and device charging connections.

Lakeview! Enjoy seeing beautiful sunsets and after dark... Disney fireworks reflect in the lake. You can enjoy the fresh morning breezes having your coffee on the patio overlooking the lake. Try your luck at fishing in the lake.

At the Westgate Lakes resort next door, there is 'Draft's" restaurant open to the public with weekly specials and happy hour.

We do NOT have a pool, however - get this...there are 5 absolutely AMAZING water parks just as close as the parks to check out. You'll want to take a 'break' day from the parks and chill out at one of these: The BEST of course is Disney's two water parks. Typhoon Lagoon with wave/surfing ocean and sandy beach plus water rides, flumes, and lazy river. Blizzard Beach, same items but in a ski mountain resort design. Don't miss Aquatica, SeaWorld's water park with both a lazy river and raging rapids. Tons of fun at their two giant oceans and beaches. Newest to Orlando is Universal's Volcano Bay. This park is a brilliant design of tube/tunnel/volcano rides and also ocean/beach. Their child area is lots of fun. Most EXCLUSIVE (and expensive0 and OH SO PRIVATE is Discovery Cove. This is SeaWorld's premier private water park where you swim with Dolphins. It's all-inclusive - drinks (including adult beverages), towels, snorkel equipment, snacks, and meals. You'll feel as if you have a paradise to yourself. These nearby places beat any pool in town.

Don't miss 100's of restaurants that surround you - from budget to exclusive!
Make a left drive 1/2 mile make another left on to Restaurant Row. or turn right and another right and explore International Drive with even more restaurants. Outlet shopping, high end Millenia Mall and giant Florida Mall.

The townhome location is in demand with vacationing families as well as Convention attendees or vendors, and business people as we are close to the airport, lovely downtown Orlando, the Interstate and Turnpike.

The fun is endless and this location makes getting anywhere a breeze.

Location, Location

Very easy access to both Disney and Universal. Nice vacation townhouse which is as described. Two slight negatives: Laundry is available but in a central location for the facility. Townhouse is very close to I-4 and front bedroom allows some of that noise to come through. All in all, still a very good property.

Exactly as described!

Easy check in process. The condo was exactly as described. Great location close to everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and clean. The kitchen was equipped enough for us to make a quick breakfast each morning. Highly recommended!

Just not for us

This was a last minute pick, as our original choice booked before we had the chance. Property is fine, just not for us. Location did not feel safe & traffic was loud. I should have reviewed the pictures better as this is a townhouse with an efficiency size “kitchen”. The communal area was just far too small for our family of 4 and we were often crammed and on top of one another. Location is close to theme parks.

Great stay for a week!

We had a great stay for the Royal Canin AKC National dog show. Our host was very responsive to our inquiries and checked in with us to be sure we were happy with everything. Very clean place, nice neighborhood to walk the dogs, felt very safe.

Perfect home away from home

Gayle was very communicative and her place was just the perfect stay for our family of 4 (2 adults and 2 teens). Everyone had their own bed. We were able to cook our own food each night after long days at the parks. Short drives to Universal and Disney. We enjoyed seeing the Magic Kingdom fireworks across the lake most evenings.

Comfortable and affordable stay

We stayed for a kid-free girl’s weekend and chose this location for its proximity to both Universal and Disney (less than 20 minutes with traffic in either direction). The property had everything we needed to be comfortable and the amenities were a nice touch-especially the Keurig! We had a couple things to point out to Gayle regarding the condo but she replied immediately and offered to fix any of the maintenance issues we were having (minor plumbing issue). Great communication! The only thing that I missed that may not be immediately clear from the photos is that the upstairs bedroom has an open pass through to the living room downstairs. There is a shade so the sun isn’t an issue, but if the plan is to put kids to sleep upstairs it might be difficult to continue visiting downstairs. My only suggestion to improve this property would be to update the door to the master bedroom downstairs-the deadbolt on the outside of the door is somewhat unsettling even if it didn’t fully lock. Overall, this was a pleasant and comfortable stay. Thank you, Gayle!

Super Cute

Fleas all over the place. Dirty towels hanging behind 2nd floor door. No hot water. Had to take a cold shower. Bottom of pots & pans are burnt. Stairs carpet dirty/stains. Entrance door need cleaning/ painted. Sofa damaged. Just Bad!

DREAM ACCOMPLISHMENT

The property is like from home to home. We had enough space to mingle and everything was available to used such as towels, napkins and cooking pot with utensils. All the house equipment was working perfectly. And what a wonderful property manager who never tired of your questions and enlightens on places to visit. We were able to tour all the fun venue due our strategic location.

Quiet Lake view getaway

I enjoyed every minute of my stay. I was able to start my mornings on the patio overseeing the lake. The entire facility is quiet and calm. The vrbo itself is very functional, the furniture is comfortable, and the space can easily accommodate groups from 2-6 people. Gayle was super easy to contact and responded to questions within minutes. This was a great first stay in Orlando and we would definitely return!

Good times and great location

This was such a reasonably priced property close to everything and very quiet. The community is an older built community but the place was very contemporary and had a nautical/ beach theme. Great Lake in the back for walks for our dog and she thought of everything- from starter snacks and cleaning supplies to makeup wipes and novels! We enjoyed and Gayle was so responsive!
