Spacious Home

This home had plenty of room for our family. Everyone had their own bathrooms. There were a few things that need attention, all lights and ceiling fans are connected which means you all have to agree to be cold or hot. There's not a fan in the bunk bed room. While we enjoyed looking at the pool, we would like privacy at night. We purchased curtains to cover the patio door during our stay. Make sure to bring your own towels. There's just enough to get started if you're staying multiple days. The trash can needs to be replaced. The house was clean, but we had to do some extra cleaning to make it comfortable for us. Although this has nothing to do with the property itself, the ice cream truck drives around daily for extended periods of time playing Christmas music. The neighborhood is a little noisy.

Family Getaway

Beautiful home! Plenty of room and conveniently located to shopping, restaurants and parks. Pool was a wonderful asset for our non-park days. Only critique would be no hot pad holders or dish towels for the kitchen. But there were plenty of pool towels available which we made work. Thank you for hosting our family. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Great House for Extended Family

Our family stayed together at this property. We had a wonderful time. Only things that need improved on are the community - the gates were often left open so people were driving in all the time. The ice cream truck drove around playing Christmas music constantly all day and evening, and security was not helpful in enforcing quiet time. It seemed that there were locals renting homes for parties on the weekend that went all night. Security was unable to help, had to call the Sheriff's office twice as the walls (which are not even close to the neighbours) were vibrating from the music being so loud. It would also be nice for the management cleaning company to not be parked outside the house from 0830 in the morning, giving you dirty looks when you go in and out packing your vehicle - they also started loading their cleaning stuff by the front door at 0900. Check-out was at 1000. Overall, a good stay.
