Our townhome has 4 beautifull bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. With 1600sq/ft of living space . Lucaya Village is just 3 miles to Walt Disney World. House is full equipped for your vacation and also packingplay and high char for the little ones.
With first-rate community amenities, you'll have plenty of activities to choose from each day. Cool off over at the shared swimming pool, or relax after a long day walking around theme parks in the shared hot tub. The clubhouse at Lucaya Village also has a fitness center, kids' playroom, volleyball court, snack bar, and a nice pond with walking paths and an awesome BBQ grill area with tables around and everything you need to enjoy the BBQ.
Our private pools can be heated upon request (U$40.00 per day, 3 day minimum, request at least within 48 hours in advance). Come have a cook out with our BBQ Grill (no extra charge to use the BBQ Grill, however the propane is not included). Please note, all extras or additional fees need to be paid prior to your arrival, without the payment, we won't honor the request.

Golf Buddies trip

Found the property to be well suited for our golf trip with four full grown men. Large beds and mostly maturely themed rooms. Home was clean and well kept. Did find that the place was light on some of the softer touches, i.e there is a coffee maker there, but there were no coffee filters present. I purchased some, but expect they are not left for the next guests. Same thing for toilet paper, there is one full roll for each bathroom, no extras. We were forced to buy some "just in case". We never used them, but it would seem they aren't passed on to the next guests either

Nice, clean house but a/c didn't work properly

The home was clean and well kept in a good location. The only issue was that the a/c didn't cool to the desired temperature. When I contacted the property manager they sent out a technician would said he could find nothing wrong. However, the house still never cooked below 75 and when I contacted them again I was pretty much told I was willing and that there was nothing wrong with the a/c. They seemed to attempt to correct the issue, but it was never corrected.
