Guests will enjoy soaking up the sun on the sun loungers by the pool. Guests may have an optional pool heating (additional charges apply.)
- We only provide certain materials such as mini shampoos, soaps and trash bags that can last for 2-3 days, the rest of the days should be provided by the guest for their own use.
- We provide two towels per bathroom, no more than two. Towels are to be cleaned if necessary for your personal use of the duration of your stay.
If any extra amenity happens to be found unworkable during the stay, technicians will be contacted for resolution however, there is no guarantee it will be fixed or resolved while the guest is staying at the property. Thank you for your consideration.

The entire house is able to be used by guests who booked and are mentioned when booking is being done.
- Our home is Express check in. Guests will be messaged an entry code so they can check in directly and will be sent a guest pass to enter the villa 30 mins before check-in time.
**Guest park vehicles at their own risk and must abide by all community, city, county and state parking rules and laws. The community does not allow street parking. All vehicles must be parked in the driveway which fit *TWO* vehicles side by side, or risk being towed if park in the street. RV's, trailers, boats or commercial vans are not permitted.
- This home has an outdoor pool with a screen enclosure that is cleaned and serviced once a week.
- Do not leave children unattended in the pool area.
- Please be aware that in-between the weekly clean all outdoor pools are susceptible to some minor debris such as leaves being blown into the pool or dust. Especially during periods of heavy rain. A skimmer net is provided to remove any debris in between the weekly cleans.
*Please note the total amount of guests in your party when booking.
- Add any pets you will be bringing on your trip, this should be done when inputting your guest amount, the pet fee will be $180 and will automatically be added when adding your guests and pets.
- If a pet is seen without notifying one will be coming, the fee will be charged onto your reservation.
- An extra person outside of the 8 max guests is an extra $50 charge per person. Please no more than 8 guests in the home IF not mentioned beforehand, or an extra charge will incur for guests not mentioned.
- The pool and hot tub can be heated for an additional fee of $50 per day. This is recommended between the months of September through March. Pool heat must be requested with 24 hour advance notice. Please note that pool water may take up to 4-5 hours to be fully heated.
- The charge for the grill to be used for your entire stay is $50 which includes the gas tank.
- Cleaning fee of the BBQ grill is $20, if you have your own gas tank. if it is seen it was used and not cleaned properly, the fee will be charged.
- Please no use of drugs on property. Smoking is allowed outside on the pool deck.
Additional charges apply if odor of smoking is detected inside the house.
- Additional charges will also be applied for any broken furniture or decor found. Please advise if anything inside the house breaks.
- Anything left behind in the property is not our responsibility, please take all your personal belongings with you to not risk any lost items left behind.
- AC is set to 77 and is suggested to have it set back to 77 degrees once the guest leaves.
*IF necessary, staff might enter the premises in order to perform routine maintenance or repairs if needed. Will advise the guest first if it is okay to do so.
