Large outdoor space with south/west facing views and no rear neighbors for privacy, while outside kick back under the lanai and watch your favorite movie or sports on the 50” smart tv. Plenty of seating space for everyone and a BBQ for use.

Your vacation is poised to be enriched by the opulent offerings of both the residence and the resort itself. To access the resort facilities there is a fee a one time fee of $35 to be paid directly to the clubhouse for a party up to 12 guests for your entire stay while at Solterra Resort, it is not mandatory but there if you wish to use them.
