Disliked: Staff & service, property conditions & facilities
No room service, AC air ducts full of mold, charged resort fee tax on top of any other service required (e.g. receiving mails / package from online purchases). The rooms are very old, as the overall facility. No visible renovation and everything seems to be lost in time. First day I had to wait almost 30 min to get into the room because the door lock was out of battery. They couldn’t find people to support in a timely manner, so my wife had to wait with my daughter sleeping in her arms seated in front of the room front door.
