This was a fantastic property and worked out so well with our needs for a weekend stay at a sports tournament. The rooms had a ton of beds, and the bedding and mattresses were super comfortable. The kitchen was well appointed, and the bathrooms came stocked with products (which can be a crap shoot) which made it really convenient. The house layout worked well, and the game room in the converted garage was AWESOME. Our kids had a blast with the gaming, ping pong, and pool table. All were in great shape, plenty of cue's, chalk, etc. Zero complaints. The property owner was super cordial and the communication was top notch. She made the initial check-in and closeout as smooth as could be, and she checked in on us shortly after we arrived to ensure all was well and that we had everything we needed. Couldn't have asked for a better stay, better host, better property. I'd give more stars if possible!

Great vacation home for family. Pros: Check in was smooth and the communication with the host was great. The house is roomy and great for large families. The location is great for traveling to the parks. There are lots of restaurants near the resort and Publix is just up the street.The neighborhood is quiet and cozy.Cons: The home is near I-4 which gets congested during busy seasons/inclement weather. This can affect traveling times and cause delays.The game room is great, however, because it is a garage that has been converted into a game room, it isn't connected to the central heat and air. There are two mounted fans on the ceiling to help cool the room. Our visit was during the summer with high heat. The game room was very hot during the day and unusable due to the heat.The host provided bath towels but no washcloths or hand towels. A minor inconvenience that was easily solved. Overall, we enjoyed our stay in this lovely home. Would definitely stay again!
