Things to Know

Self Check-In

This home is self-check-in. There is no lobby or in-person greeting. You will receive a personalized door code 72 hours before arrival.

Gated Community

Champions Gate is a gated community. Each driver must present ID at the security gate. A maximum of 3 names/vehicles may be added per reservation. Please provide first and last names at least 24 hours prior to arrival for a smooth check-in process.

Starter Supplies

This is a self-catering home. Guests are responsible for their own shopping. A complimentary starter supply is provided for the first day only and will not be replenished:

• 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom
• 1 travel-size hand soap per bathroom
• 1 travel-size shampoo per bathroom
• 2 garbage bags per bin
• 1 paper towel roll
• 2 dishwasher pods
• 1 dish detergent
• 1 sponge

Basic kitchen essentials such as pots, pans, plates, cups, and silverware are provided. We do not supply seasonings, condiments, coffee, or tea.

Pool Heating

• Optional pool heating is available October–March for $45 per day and must be requested before arrival for the entire stay.
• Heating takes 24–48 hours and requires at least 72 hours’ notice.
• No pool heating April–September due to high outdoor temperatures.
• Heating effectiveness may vary when temperatures fall below 60°F (15°C).

Other Pool Information

• Pool service takes place every Thursday and may make the pool unavailable for up to 3 hours.
• Pool heating is not intended to reach hot tub temperatures.

Grill Notice

• No grill onsite. Guests may rent one from a local provider.
• Grilling must be done on the grass, not the patio.
• Additional cleaning fees may apply for grease, charcoal damage, or excessive mess.
