I did not like that you had to call to request everything. They did not clean our room once while we were there for our 3 night stay, we had to call for towels and they only brought us two towels, the coffee machine leaked water all over the place, the shower head was broken, the entire hotel had a strong curry smell, etc.

Had a good experience staying at Cambria Hotel. Staff was accommodating. Lobby, room, and bathroom all looked nice. Was a good driving distance to universal parks. Housekeeping/room attendant service could’ve been a lot better. Overall, good hotel.

Hotel extremamente fedorento, um restaurante no hall que deixa desde as 7h da manha fedendo curry, repolho. Inadmissíveis check in as 4pm e check out as 11am. Mas pagando 60usd tem acesso antecipadamente? Brincadeira ainda ouvir da Maria recepcionista que se laga a noite e nao 24h da estadia. Otimo local, limpeza dos.quartos.ok. mas tem que melhorar o trato aos clientes . Nao volto e nao recomrndo

Great Staff! Everyone was incredible But Parking is an inconvenience, and room walls are too thin and you can hear everything and everyone. The amenities, food, and entertainment this hotel offers were great! But for overall value, a family coming to the parks nearby, for big families this hotel is not for you. For groups over 4, other hotels would be more beneficial.
