Really nice hotel with small cons.

Overall, very nice hotel..Great location next to Universal Studios. Cons: Pool on roof is part of restaurant and club like. Not kid friendly. Parking horrible on weekend because of restaurant in hotel open to public who take up hotel guest parking.

Our room was on the 6th floor, it was very noisy due to the people coming and going to the restaurant. The pool is located on the 6th floor also, but can't use it after 6pm because of the restaurant. We just wanted to sit and enjoy the views but couldn't.

Very nice, affordable hotel in a safe area with restaurants on site and plenty more within walking distance. Only about a 20 minute walk to University Studios as well or a very quick Uber if preferred. Bed was very comfortable = best night sleep in weeks. Staff was great too!

First Time In Orlando

It was our first time in Orlando, and It was an amazing stay! We will definitely be staying here again when we visit. Our views were amazing and the bed was very comfortable. The front staff were very helpful and friendly and our room was clean and spacious! Only thing is the parking because of the roof-top bar, people that were visiting the bar parked in the hotel guest parking. There should be signs stating hotel guests parking only, and Roof-top bar parking only to make it more convenient. But other than that I would definitely recommend!!

The room was nice but the pool was disgusting. We went to go for a swim and there was scum and receipts and other things in the pool. It didn’t look to be cleaned or maintained.

I stayed in room 508 our only complaint was the room was too close to the elevator hearing everyone walk by and doors slam. Also you can hear the the cars on the express way. I like that house keeping doesn’t come everyday bc that gets annoying. Bed was comfy and super clean room! Free cable No microwave, didn’t get to enjoy pool or roof too bc it was a little chilly. Also we didn’t have time for the restaurant. Location was perfect seeing we were going to universal! Overall I would recommend it and stay again at maybe a lower price and away from the elevators.

By far, one of the best franchise hotels if you like boutique hotels. I’ve stayed in two of them in two different states now and they are perfect. The only hiccup I see is that the cleaning staff really needs to work on cleaning the corners of showers and making sure there’s no hair anywhere other than that the beds were sparkly clean. The floors were clean. Everything else was perfect.

The only thing I didn’t like was that the water wasn’t hot. It would be hot for about 5 minutes and then turn cold and never get hot again. Maintenance tried to fix the issue but it continued to go from hot to cold quickly. Another guest also was able to charge things to my room which was unacceptable. Other than that, the facility is nice and the people are nice.
