Wouldn’t stay again

They did not release the hold on my card when I checked out, like they stated they would. It posted as a final charge on my credit card. Luckily I made them print the receipt before I left…shouldn’t have to fight them to get my money back though. Parking is expensive and in a shared garage. The elevator was very slow and would gather tons of people waiting for it. Only one of the two was working while we were there. Full kitchen was nice though as was the spaciousness of the suite.

Had some issues upon check in that were quickly solved by staff with a smile! Everyone is so nice and willing to give information! Disney springs is walkable if you’re up for it and there are a lot of transportation and dining options in the area. Would stay again!

Nice place close to disney spring

We enjoy it, but the pool was very cold not the 85° the front desk told us!! But we enjoy the resto area ( twin peaks and Miller's ale house)

Property was close to the Disney Parks offering accommodations after a long day walking in the parks. Staff was very easy and enjoyable to talk to offering quick and convenient check in. Room was very organized and clean, no smells or anything overall. Comfortable bed with good support. Only slight issue was only one working elevator, sometimes outside doors wouldnt open and would have to go all the way around.
