Welcome to Champions Paradise, an 8 bedroom, 5 bathroom vacation villa located in The Retreat at Championsgate, less than 15 miles to Walt Disney World® Resort. This 3,909 sq. ft. villa is perfect for your next family vacation! This home features a private pool, game room, custom kids bedrooms and comfort throughout the home.

Outside, enjoy a gorgeous screened-in private pool with a spillover spa. Enjoy meals al fresco underneath the covered porch at the dining table with seating for 8. Swim all day in the beautiful pool or soak up the sunshine on one of the 4 comfortable sun loungers.

Head inside to an open concept floor plan. The whole family can relax and enjoy time together in the living room area. The comfortable leather sectional is perfect to put your feet up and relax after a long day! The fully-equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar with seating for 4. Across from the living room, the family can enjoy meals together at the dining table within seating for 8.

If you're looking for entertainment, head into the games room! The games room features both a pool table, foosball table and even air hockey for some friendly family competition. Grab a drink while you watch the kids play and sit on one of the 4 hightop stools. Head upstairs to watch a movie in the theater room. Enjoy a favorite movie on the 120-inch projection screen while reclining in one of the 6 comfortable arm chairs. The second-floor loft includes a large, cozy sectional sofa where you can also watch your favorite family movie!

Come home after a long day of enjoying the Orlando attractions to 8 elegant bedrooms. On the first floor are two master suites with king-size beds and en-suite bathrooms. Head upstairs to find the other six bedrooms. 2 of these bedrooms also feature comfortable king-size beds. 3 bedrooms include 2x twin beds and the remaining bedroom is a twin/full bunkbed.

Rental Policies
• Check-in: 4:00 PM / check out: 10:00 AM
• Early or late check-in/out: 1/2 nightly rate
• The rental agreement will be sent once the booking is made and must be completed within 48 hours to avoid potential cancellation
• Pool and spa heating is available at an additional cost, with varying rates by property.
• No smoking / No pets
• By state law occupancy of property must not be exceeded
• 20% non-refundable deposit due at time of booking
• Final payment due 45 days prior to your arrival
• 13.5% sales and tourist tax (not included in nightly rate)
• One-time cleaning fee required upon all stays
• Daily housekeeping services are available upon request
• Bookings made inside of 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.

This villa offers its guests a water park. The family-friendly villa also features an arcade/game room and laundry facilities.
