XO coffee shop next door was delicious and within walking distance! Beds were comfortable and room was clean. Check in and out was easy and staff are friendly and helpful.

I booked a quick overnight stay and I would classify this as more of a motel vs hotel. Not the cleanest but not horrible. The floors were not mopped properly and the pillows (minus pillowcases ) were yellow. ( I travel a bit and I always check the linens and pillows. ) The clientele was much to be desired. Rude and entitled patrons . The clerk behind the desk even had to tell a few them to quiet down as it was a place of business. Which they did not. If you are looking for a quick , cheap overnight stay I would say ok.

Convenient location. Very basic room, large groups of very loud guests running past the doors all night long. Breakfast hours are very short, closed by 9. The room had garbage in the bins when we got there, very little toilet paper. A stovetop and microwave but no kitchen materials. TVs were very small and every channel was fuzzy, as if it was just an antenna. Was fine for one night but wouldn’t stay again.

Room was dirty and seemed to be a theme with others as well as we over heard people complaining at the front desk of the same. Seems like they completely gave up on maintenance and upkeep.

Out of 2 nights, only stayed 1 night, (Rm 218) coffee pot was dirty, noise at all hours, even saw rouches in the closet, I am asking for a "refund" of the 1 night, I checked out at 10:30 am the nx day, asking for a refund since I only stayed 1 night instead of 2 nights. The place needs to properly be Inspected .

Great location and price with breakfast

Fast check-in/out with efficient front desk. Not a high-end hotel, not in the best condition, but clean enough with working AC and hot water. Perfect location, 20 min away from the parks and with a few restaurants at walking distance. Can't ask for more for the price I paid with breakfast included! .
