I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The breakfast during the weekdays was terrible, there were no eggs and not even basic options like yogurt available. Very poor variety and not what you would expect when breakfast is advertised as included. The cleanliness was even more concerning. The room smelled bad as soon as we walked in, and it was obvious it hadn’t been cleaned properly. There was old food left in the refrigerator, which was disgusting, and the bed sheets were dirty. Overall, the room felt neglected and unhygienic. I would not stay here again and would not recommend this hotel to others. Basic cleanliness and decent food options should be the minimum standard.

The room was dirty smelled like smoke and was infested with roaches when I told the staff up front the only thing I was told was thanks for letting them know I will never being staying here again and to top off the trip the police raided the hotel

The staff. I booked 2 rooms for my family as a gift and the staff didnt let me pay for my family, they made my sister pay for her room and i was the one supposed to pay for her as a gift. Very disappointed.

I understand the hotel is a little old and outdated and honestly all I care is cleanliness. However, the pictures of the rooms I selected shows tile floors and almost renovated rooms. My actual room had a very dirty carpet floor with a very bad smell and odor like humid. We left with allergies. Another issue to me was the policy since I booked it thru a third party website like Expedia at checkout they could not provide me with a receipt of my check out. I honestly don’t under since I have stayed at other hotels with Expedia as well and I get my detailed receipt. I didn’t feel comfortable since I felt almost like oversaw and ignored at the moment I asked for the receipt as well. Also, they hold 100 dollar deposit that I still don’t see it reflecting in my account and that was the point of getting some sort of receipt to see the details in the numbers.

If you kept the lights on, the bugs stayed away. As soon as you turn them off, there are dozens of roaches all over the bathroom and bedroom area. I also booked this hotel because it said it had a breakfast buffet. I don't know when they last cleaned the floors. My white socks were black after walking across the floors just a few times. One day, they only had store bought pastries, toast, and cereal. Today, they only had toast and cereal. I don't know why there is a resort fee because it didn't appear to have a shuttle bus let alone a breakfast buffet which is what the fee was supposed to be for...

The staff was nice, but gave me a hard time about asking for two additional towels making my room have four total. The carpet needs cleaning and the rooms are not cleaned every day. Breakfast was good and the location was convenient.

There was too many bugs and roaches I had to kill, there is gap from the main door that bugs can come in where it’s not blocked. The walls had dead bugs marks. Light bulb was out.
