It is located in Emerald Island a gated resort community that is peaceful and safe as well as closest to shopping, Disney and restaurants.
The home consists of 1 KING bed with an attached bathroom,
1 QUEEN bedroom with bath next door,
1 Kids bedroom with 2 twins and Living Room with a sleeper sofa.
The home can sleep 6 people very comfortably and 8 people with the use of a sleeper sofa.
The home has in-home laundry (washer-dryer). Very close to the pool.
Cable and flat-screen TVs included.WIFI and High-Speed internet. HOA does levy a one-time access charge of $20 per car (not needed for Uber/cab etc.)- to be paid directly to the resort after booking and before arrival.
The kitchen includes all normal "home" appliances - microwave, refrigerator, cooking range, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, and blender.
An initial packet of coffee and sugar, as well as a small hotel soap bar, shampoo, and conditioner, is provided- you will have to get more from Walmart, Publix, or other stores nearby for longer stays or for a bigger group.
Please note: you will be required to sign a rental agreement so that we ensure you have read the rules of the HOA and the city. Local City laws require us to keep track of all visitors.

Perfect location to the parks!

Loved the complex and how close it is to all the theme parks! This place was clean and comfy! We loved how comfortable the couches are after a long day at the park it’s nice to come back and just unwind on a comfy couch with a smart TV!

Very clean and budget friendly condo.

My family had a pleasant stay at the condo. The condo was very clean when we arrived and is located in a safe, gated community. It is also very close to Disney and Universal Parks. If you are on a budget and need a clean place to sleep after a long day at the parks, it is perfect!

Property is nice and the property manager is very quick to respond. However, there are a few things that can be improved. The shower curtain in the master bedroom is dirty, the shower water pressure is low, the shower stopper is broken which You can slide it off with your foot and there would be just a big hole. Can be unsafe for your little ones. None of the bathroom sinks had a stopper. There were only face 3 face towels. One TV remote control all the TVs in the house. Pillow cases, sheets and covers had some stains. The house could use a little upgrade. But overall it was an okay stay.

Spacious even for a big family

The home was beautiful and clean. We were provided with great essentials to start. The home is older so there is some wear and tear, but over all great! The host(s) offer many lines of communication and are very understanding. We had a mishap and it was resolved. We love our stay and will definitely look to stay here again.

Great get away!

This place is a hidden gem! Very well located near the parks, in a nice and safe community ! The property is very clean and well maintained! The unit is very spacious, clean and has lots of privacy! We enjoyed our stay and will be coming back! The Host as well was very professional and helpful!

The home is nice, great location, clean & view from patio good. Amenities like pool, nature trail, hot tub, gym were great! Bath towels or pool towels not great, bring your own. Microwave stopped working due to electrical issue, contacted manager and they did send someone quickly to fix. Tip print out arrival instructions, had to access home through two gates & a little confusing first time, in the dark of arrival.

Easy Quick Stay after Disney

We used this property after a fully day at Hollywood studios. We needed a bridge day for our next hotel and this was perfect. We got in at 9:30 pm and were exhausted. This place was easy to get into clean and just what we needed The hosts were easy to het a hold of. Would recommend to anyone!
