Perfect for our needs!

We wanted a house close to Tosohatchee Wildlife Mgmt area, and the location was perfect. The house was very clean and had all the amenities we needed. Plenty of space for me, my husband and son. The owner was very kind and provided all the check-in info to me directly. It was a very quiet neighborhood but was also very close to restaurants and shops. It was easy to get to the beaches/cape canaveral, as well as downtown Orlando and the busier tourist attractions.

A work stay

The host was very accommodating with an early check in and a bunch of questions (even brought in a humidifier). We were surprised a few times: there’s a gun range in the neighborhood that took us by surprise one evening, it is a shared property with another tenant living on site but not in the home, the water temp is HOT until adjusted (not intuitive). The kitchen was well stocked, the furniture was comfy, and again, the host as accessible and friendly. We’d stay here again.

The proporty surpassed images of it, perfectly clean amazing hygiene, super spacios all the proper amenities, I have zero complains and will wish to not only book again, but make it one of my favorite holiday centers for park and family stay.

Good Location, Clean, Friendly Host

We stayed here to be nearby the Orlando Speedworld track for an event and it was super close! Clean and nicely decorated. The only negative for us were the uncomfortable beds but the host was understanding when we let them know and welcomed the feedback. We may stay here again, thank you!
