This 7-bedroom, 5.5-bathroom spacious villa features a game room, entertainment loft, three custom-built kids rooms, and private screened-in pool and spillover spa. Located in Orlando's newest vacation home community, Windsor Island Resort, you will be located only a few short miles from Orlando's finest and most visited attractions.

Step inside Coastal Haven and be greeted by modern, coastal furnishings and decor that flood throughout. The fully equipped kitchen features everything you need to create the tastiest meals on your vacation. Look over to your right and you'll notice a welcoming dining room space with 4 single chairs and a bench for additional seating. Breakfast bar seating is also available for 5 guests. The living room is perfect for lounging after a fun day at the parks with comfy, spacious seating to enjoy a cinematic viewing experience.

Indulge yourself in the beautiful outdoors and spend your time in the Florida sun on your private screened-in pool deck. The patio comes with pristine furnishings, including a dining table with room for four guests. Have a relaxing, well-deserved day splashing in the pool or taking a dip in the spillover-spa. Catch some rays on one of the sun loungers or a comfy three seater sofa at your leisure.

Head back indoors where you can find the fun-filled games room with plenty of games for all to enjoy; like Sonic Allstars Basketball arcade, dual Fast & Furious Racers, skee-ball and even air hockey. The arcade is the perfect place to spend quality time together and get competitive! For the adults of the group, head upstairs were you can drift away to Margaritaville in the entertainment loft. The loft features a pool table and a mini bar- vacation mode is definitely on here!

When it's time to wind down after a day full of fun, choose from one of the seven spacious and well appointed bedrooms. One master suite occupies the first floor while the remaining six rooms are on the second floor. The little ones will have a blast trying to decide which room they'd like to catch some z's in. They have the option of a mermaid-inspired twin/twin bunkbed room, a Beauty and the Beast twin/twin bunk room, and even a Mario themed twin/twin bunk room! Two additional master suites and a twin/full bunk bed room are also located on the second floor.

Rental Policies
• Check-in: 4:00 PM / check out: 10:00 AM
• Early or late check-in/out: 1/2 nightly rate
• The rental agreement will be sent once the booking is made and must be completed within 48 hours to avoid potential cancellation
• No smoking / No pets
• By state law occupancy of property must not be exceeded
• 20% non-refundable deposit due at time of booking
• Final payment due 45 days prior to your arrival
• 13.5% sales and tourist tax (not included in nightly rate)
• One-time cleaning fee required upon all stays
• Daily housekeeping services are available upon request
• Bookings made inside of 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.

This villa offers its guests a hot tub, an arcade/game room, and laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
