There is a rotating park in the building.
Parking is prohibited on the grass at Vista Cay. No parking shall be permitted other than on the existing paved driveway or designated spaces within common areas.
No boat, camper, trailer, RV, motor home, recreational vehicle, commercial vehicle or equipment, or construction vehicle of any type is allowed in the gate guard.

ACCESSIBILITY ITEMS
We provide a shower chair and an accessibility ramp at no extra cost. We kindly ask that these items be requested in advance.

PET FRIENDLY
Bringing your furry friend? They are more than welcome! We allow up to 2 pets (up to 50 lbs each) with a pet fee of $129+ taxes.
We kindly ask that guests take responsibility for their pet, including cleaning up after them and preventing damage. Additional charges will be applied in case of non-compliance.

DAMAGE PROTECTION (OPTIONAL)
We offer optional Damage Protection coverage for your stay for $79+ taxes.
