Great location in a great resort for families. House was perfect and spacious. Pool and spa are set to the same temp and they only allow a max of 90 degrees. Would have liked the spa to be set to a warmer temp. Was very difficult to communicate with the host. Unresponsive trying to communicate in the app through messages but was able to connect with the host a couple times leading up to the reservation by calling VRBO and they connected me to the host. Got the host phone number and they were responsive to my calls during our stay. Giving a 4 star overall review because of the lack of communication in the app leading up to my stay.

Property was beautiful, as shown in the pictures. Big, spacious, clean. Pool was great. Communication with the host was awesome. Overall we were thrilled. Would book again fsure!!!

I’m not sure why other people rated this place so low. Communication isn’t great, but good enough. Sure there was no heat in the pool/spa but it was an option. I’m just not spending an extra 60/night for a hot tub. I feel that should be included and 60/night is pretty steep! But all together it’s a beautiful spacious home. Bed wasn’t the most comfortable thing. Has some minor issues with flooring, towel holders, toilet paper rollers, and some broken pool deck furniture out by the pool. Could also use some new cookware, or at least tighten the handles. With all the minor problems I still believe this place was worth the money for our 2 week stay. We had a fantastic time exploring all of Florida and going to SeaWorld and WildFlorida. Many wonderful memories were made with our children and we were all very sad to leave.

Big house but horrible communication and beds.

The house was clean, so unsure about previous issues on that. Game room was unusable pool sticks were all broke and it was so hot in garage. Power went out for 3 hours, but nothing property's managers could do about that. The beds in house all need to replaced hard as rocks or broken down like 15 years old. The communication is horrible good luck getting a peply for most things, luckily we figured things out. Other than that it was a good location and a lg house.

Paid for heated pool and hot tub that never got heated. Host coomunication verh poor. Weeds growing up between pavers around pool.
