Great price, nice interior

The location is convenient to the stores and attractions. At first glance the Interior was nice. Spacious and accommodated my family of 7. The master shower curtains had mold on them. The comforters that were found in the closets had stains on them. Compared to other places ive stayed in the past i was slightly disappointed to find no toilet paper, soaps or anything to that nature. Overall for the price i paid it was decent. Id give it a 6 out of 10.

I guess you get what you pay for

This unit was in “the hood” of Orlando. When we told friends from the area where we were staying they were concerned for our safety. There was hair all in the shower. Open bags of garbage outside the entry. But for 90 a night I guess we got what we paid for. I was just glad it was two grown men traveling for business instead of females.

Place was not exactly what we expected but it suited our needs well enough. It is def lacking on kitchen essentials as well as bathroom extras. Furniture looks decent but poor quality. Also unit is on second floor and seems like not the best neighborhood. So overall it was not the worse we've ever encountered but not the best either

Alright property. Neighborhood felt somewhat unsafe (lots of broken down cars in apartment building parking lot). The shower in the master bedroom paint was peeling and felt dirty. Property manager did not send out directions on how to access the property, until we specifically asked for it. WIFI was not working, we reached out to the property manager, and they never got back to us with how to fix.

Nice apartment

Apartment was newly renovated and very clean. We had issues with hot water but owner tried to get that resolved. We liked the location. Pool unfortunately was not maintained and useable and grounds were not maintained well but for what we needed we were satisfied
