THE SPACE:
The townhouse is cozy and has lots of natural lighting. It comes equipped with all your basic kitchen and bathroom essentials. Living room has a pop-up sofa bed (5th bed) that can sleep an additional 1-2 people (check under chaise for extra blanket & pillow).

GUEST ACCESS:
Guests will have full access to property. There are no shared areas within property. Some amenities are shared with other guests (community pool, gym, walking trail).

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
There is a $20 fee for lost or stolen pool key. Guests will be financially responsible for any damages to property.
