Lovely villa.good area. Door key code didnt work.got new after connecting to next doors wifi(to message manager).as we are english,could do with a booklet to explain how to use remote control lights.(didnt know remote cntrolled operated). How to use cooker/oven, possibly air con,if we needed to change it.Besides couple of minor problems above,Would definitely book again.

Great looking house bad service

I have stayed in Champions Gate for many years this time checking in at this location right by the splash pad was different. This particular gate had an employee checking cars in and was giving everyone a really big problem. After checking in I had paid for the jacuzzi by the pool to be warm which wasn't warm at all so I wrote the owner and he walked me through making it warmer it never did I contacted him let him know the issue he went back and forth with me very unprofessional almost like I was lying and never give me my money back for the jacuzzi later on that night we all took a shower when we came down the stairs to eat dinner right on top of the dinner table there was a big leak in the ceiling pouring down on top of the dinner table I also contacted the owner about this issue didn't even get a response

Amazing Home with lots of space

I highly recommend this place! The house was very clean, full of pots, pans, and everything you need to cook. The parking was a plus. I would definitely book this place again. The host was very responsive and pleasant. He was great! You won’t be disappointed!!!
