Overall the home was very nice. The kids loved the game room and pool. There were a lot of issues with the beds and their frames either missing or broken and one of the upstairs couches was very wobbly to the point that we couldnt use it the entire stay. I will say that the owners were very responsive and addressed all concerns and needs right away. We enjoyed our stay at the property and the location to the gate was perfect. We were also able to visit the community center, which was great.

Perfect for a big family vacation

Great family vacation home

Plenty of room for everyone. Pool and hot tub was a bonus after a day at the Parks. The water slides by the gate and at the Clubhouse were great. Excellent service and food options.We would recommend this home for large families looking to relax and stay under the same roof. The Property Manager, Steven, was great and answered all questions and any issues promptly. We will look forward to renting this home in the future.

Family vacation 2024

My family and I always take a trip annually, usually in the Orlando area. When we arrived at the home it was cool and clean, and there was plenty of room for everyone. Our stay was for 5 day and 4 nights. We had a great time. I would definitely stay at this property again

My family and I stayed here and we had a good time. The house was clean and the host answered any questions/concerns in a timely manner. This house was perfect for my large family and close to Disney. The only downside to our stay was the downstairs bathrooms showers didn’t have hot water no mater how long we would let the water run to warm up. We would stay here again!

There was a lot of space for everyone. A lot of beds. The pool table is messed up and 1 game did not work. The water slides, lazy river, and pools were a very nice added bonus to be able to enjoy. It was nice having a pool at the house as well. The house could use some updating and deep clean but overall, we had a nice stay

We had 5 family’s equaling out to 21 people of all ages. The house was perfect. The house was very roomy and accommodated every family needs. The pool and game room were a plus! The only thing I did not like was entering through the gates. The lines were long and the bar codes never worked. Overall great vacation.

Great location for fMilies, especially withy young children

The property was not brand new. It's possible we misread the initial property description, but we were under the impression we would be one of the first vacationers to visit. Even so, the property was clean and had all the amenities necessary to enjoy our 8 days in Florida. The children expecially enjoyed the private pool and hot tub. Our location was close to restaurants and groceries, so there was no need to travel a significant distance to purchase supplies. We would definitely recommend this property.

The property was clean., but the walls were in horrible shape. The wall in my bedroom had 2 holes from were the toilet paper holder was suppose to be. Upper stairs hallway had plaster missing from walls. The decor lacked excitement. The patio needs a good pressure washing. On a positive note the host was very nice and took care of our needs.

a great location for a family. The host steven excellent!! Found that the house could have been a little cleaner better furniture the sectional had an odor and a lot of crumbs, hair, money from peoples pockets in between the seats there were no plugs for bath tub upstairs nor kitchen sink. There were no tea towels or dish cloths. I didn't want to bother steven for this stuff. We made do!! All in all was ok but i eanted to bring this to your attention for the next renters
