Thank you for considering our villa at Laguna Bay for your much deserved time away. After years of traveling to the Orlando area and staying in many small hotel rooms, busy, busy timeshares, and mega resorts, as well as some not so well kept private rentals, we finally found Laguna Bay. It is a clean, updated villa that provides a comfortable place to relax for the day or after visiting area attractions. We find it to be the perfect combination of a large villa in a small resort type complex.

We just love the place, and know that you will too. Exceptional value for your vacation dollar.

DESCRIPTION

Upgraded 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom 1,220 sq foot condo with front porch. Unit is equipped for kids 0 - 100. Open-concept living room, dining room and kitchen featuring cathedral ceilings, granite countertops, 70" Roku tv, large windows providing lots of natural light and foosball table. This is one of the more desirable 2nd story 3-bedrooms at Laguna Bay Cr, close to parks, shopping, golf, trails at Shingle Creek, or Celebration, etc. 25 minutes from the airport and 1 hour from Cocoa Beach.

Due to oversight of owner, we did not receive check in info. We were unable to make contact with owner and had to contact VRBO. After delay, we were informed our condo would be cleaned and ready by 8:30 in the evening. Apology accepted. Once we were able to check in, the condo was very nice and clean. Just unfortunate circumstances.

This was a wonderful place to stay! We had plenty of space, it was comfy and clean, and they provided everything we needed from garbage bags to dish soap to laundry detergent. The owners were extremely helpful and responsive. We even saw wild turkeys out back by the pond! So cool. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip.

Home away from home

When you go away you want to have a relaxing and comfortable stay. The condo was like staying at a friends. The environment was welcome and comfortable. There were the essentials for making home made family meals in the kitchen. The couches in the living room made family movie night relaxing on the rainy days. The beds ensured comfortable sleeps. Having wifi meant we were able to enjoy the roku television and stay in touch. The grounds were quiet and the view from the bedrooms serene looking out onto the reservoir. The pool was a welcome when the weather got too hot. You felt like you were tucked away in nature and we spent many evenings walking around the complex. The location was excellent and really central to major interstates, amenities and the local attractions such as Disney and Universal studios. Though we did not need to contact anyone for any issues, the numbers and email addresses were accessible. Family, couples, friends; this location and condo is the ideal place to stay when you visit central Florida.

Comfortable and close to the theme parks

Great exoerience! We were traveling with our adult children and looked for a place convenient to Disney. This place fit the bill. Only a 15 minute drive away. Plenty of room for everyone. (If you are travelling with a baby or small child, this place is outfitted for that. Everyone in our group was over 21, but I saw a crib and highchair in one of the closets.) Everyone enjoyed the Foosball table! Beds were super comfy! Both bathrooms were roomy and as is the case when traveling with larger groups, having more than one bathroom is critical! Full size refrigerator and stove. Full size washer and dryer. Decent neighborhood. We would definitely stay here again if we come back to Orlando.
