Perfect for families or groups, this stylish retreat accommodates up to 12 guests and features contemporary furnishings, an open floorplan, and thoughtfully designed spaces for relaxation and fun.

The first floor offers a king bedroom with a private full bathroom and an additional half bath near the pool area. Upstairs, you’ll find a queen bedroom with an ensuite, a king suite with its own private bath, and two themed kids’ bedrooms: one with a full and twin bed featuring Mickey-inspired décor, and another with a full and twin bed featuring Mario accents, sharing a full bathroom. A loft with comfy sofa seating and a TV provides the perfect spot for movie nights or casual lounging.

Step outside to the screened-in private pool, an outdoor dining area, and sun loungers—ideal for enjoying Florida’s sunshine in privacy and comfort.

• POOL HEAT:

Heating is available for $35 per day (plus tax) with a 5-day minimum and must be requested at least 48 hours in advance. Please note the attached spa is not a hot tub—it does not have jets, and it heats to the same temperature as the pool, not exceeding 90°F. The heating system uses heat exchange, which does not operate in temperatures below 50°F. No refunds will be provided if the pool does not reach the desired temperature in cold weather.

We do not offer a BBQ grill for guests. If you wish for the contact of a rental company, please reach out.
