• POOL HEAT:

Heating is available for $35 per day (plus tax) with a 5-day minimum and must be requested at least 48 hours in advance. Please note the attached spa is not a hot tub—it does not have jets, and it heats to the same temperature as the pool, not exceeding 90°F. The heating system uses heat exchange, which does not operate in temperatures below 50°F. No refunds will be provided if the pool does not reach the desired temperature in cold weather.



• GRILL:

Please note. Some of our homes may be pictured with a gas bbq grill or outdoor built in grill. If guests wish to use the grills, it is the guest's responsibility to clean the grill and replenish the propane tank if needed. A $50 charge will be applied if grills are left unclean. Exchange refill propane tanks can be purchased at numerous local locations. If the grill is locked up, then it is not to be used by guests as it is the homeowner's personal grill. If you would like to have a grill for your vacation, we can arrange a rental grill for your stay.
During your stay at this villa, you'll be close to Disney's Animal Kingdom® Theme Park. A water park, a hot tub, and laundry facilities are available. Enjoy your stay with amenities like a private pool and a kitchen in the villa.

The house is spacious. It really fit my family of 8 well. The house is very dated, had issues with the a/c at night rooms got really warm. The pool wasn't really cleaned until the day we we're leaving, some of the TV's weren't did come on until day 2. No ice maker that was hurtful. Other than that i probably won't booked that place again.

Mini Vacation

The location of the house was very convenient for all our needs. Any items needed for vacation was only minutes away. Everyone was able to sleep comfortably in their own space and the kids enjoyed the pool. Please prepare to provide everything needed for your daily use. The upstairs bedrooms were rather warm but fans are provided. Toiletries, bath towels, and kitchen essentials were minimum. It’s a basic home away from home.

Nice place but could be better!

My review for this home. Pros: The residence features 8 spacious bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. The air conditioning system effectively maintained a cool temperature throughout the house. The Wi-Fi connection was reliable. The location is conveniently situated near Disney, approximately a 20-minute drive. Additionally, Walmart is only 10 minutes away. Cons: A parking fee of 21 was incurred at this VRBO location. The appliances are outdated, lacking an ice maker and filtered water. As a result, guests must provide their own ice and bottled water. Furthermore, the wall outlets near the coffee maker were inoperable, rendering the coffee maker unusable. Summary: I would consider staying at this location again, but only if I were prepared to bring essential items not provided by the residence. Overall, it was an acceptable stay.

The place is so outdated. The house smells old. There’s not enough appliances. We were told to wash the linen but you did not leave laundry detergent beside we paid for cleaning. We made sure the beds was stripped and the towels was in a pile for washing.
