The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
- Place towels in the laundry room floor - Please return any furniture that was moved to their original location
- If the Hot Tub was used, make sure that the cover was placed on top of the Hot Tub - Ensure that all pool towels are returned to the property
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

QUIET HOUR STARTS AT 11 PM. The Renting Guest shall not create noise or disturbances likely to disturb or annoy the surrounding property owners.
There is no daily housekeeping service. Renting Guest is responsible for cleaning and laundry during the lease period.
Dispose of all waste material generated during the rental period. Before check-out, ensure that all waste material is disposed of appropriately.

Perfect Location

We loved staying here. Perfect location to Disney and close to groceries and restaurants. Th onsite pool and restaurant were fantastic! The home was clean, well stocked, and I enjoyed the subtle Disney touches. We would definitely stay again. Only partial con was the hot tub in the backyard was not hot, but the community pool hot tub was excellent. Thanks for a great stay!

Great, comfortable stay

We enjoyed sour stay at the condo complex. It was a great location and a mellow neighborhood. The pool and poolside snack shack were great. The unit was very clean and the enclosed hot tub was nice and hot! The view into the forest made it feel very Florida, green and lush. We had some deer roaming around one morning.

Clean, quiet, yet close

Property was very clean and spacious! Easy to get to, plenty of parking, secure area. Very quiet place but yet also very close to parks, grocery, entertainment, etc. I would definitely stay here again. Coffee on the balcony while watching the deer come in! Host instructions were super easy and responded very quickly. Highly recommend.

Wish we had more time

The townhome was great. The pictures don't do it justice. There was even a Keurig coffee maker in the master bedroom. Very nice touch! The hot tub was perfect to relax in after a day of golfing. Location very close to highway so we could get out and about quickly and not get bogged down in Disney traffic. Loved having the back of the unit facing the wooded area. Very peaceful. Hope we can return next year and stay longer.

Staying while at a conference

Townhouse was clean and in good shape. Appeared just as in the pictures. Complex was nice and felt safe. There were even several deer around the complex in the morning to greet us. Gated community was quiet and tidy. Our stay was cut as our conference was cancelled ahead of Hurricane Milton, so we only stayed one night of our scheduled four nights. And it was raining the entire time we were there so, we did not have an opportunity to utilize the patio area, or the hot tub. Accessing the property was a bit frustrating as we did have some issues with the app. We would download the app and then it would say we did not have the latest version. I appreciate trying to make things easier but, needing to download an app is frustrating to me. Maybe others would not have similar issues but there were two of us and we both had issues with the app and accessing the property. Other than that, I would say it is a good location and a nice, clean property.
