I have a service animal for medical reasons, and upon check-in, I was surprised to be questioned about his legitimacy and the specific medical service he provides—questions that violate my privacy and HIPAA regulations. Additionally, I was informed that I would be charged for his stay, along with a cleaning fee. I had to clarify that service animals are not considered pets and cannot be subject to additional charges. Despite this, I received two separate calls about the issue on my first night, making for an unpleasant experience. This was my fourth stay at this property with my service animal, yet it was the first time I faced such an issue. Unfortunately, this experience has made me reconsider whether I will return in the future.

A Great Orlando Hotel

The staff and management are all extremely conscientious and friendly. Every need is responded to promptly and with a "thank you." We met the owner, by chance, since she's always on site, and she was as friendly as imaginable. And helpful. The hotel is modernistic, but warm. The food is great, and we aren't big Asian foodies, but found the fusion more than workable. The facilities are spotless.

Above the rest!

You can tell that the ownership of this hotel cares about their clientele through the meticulous care in design, cleanliness, and service. Transparency across the board and personal responsibility within the staff that comes across like white glove service. I have stayed in other high end hotels in Orlando, but none match my experience at ette hotels.
