I felt really unsafe . A lot of police activity close to my room. I tried to contact from desk & no response to see what was going on . Also the carpet in the hallways was filthy

The room was extremely dirty upon arrival. The sheets were stained, the mattress had several visible stains, and the carpet was very dirty. There was also mold present in the bathtub area of the bathroom. In addition, throughout our entire stay there was a strong smell of marijuana in the room, which made the experience very uncomfortable. Due to these conditions, our stay did not meet basic cleanliness or comfort standards. I am requesting that this issue be addressed and would appreciate a resolution as soon as possible.

FALSE ADVERTISING! Dirty, roaches, stains, disrepair. Advertised fully stocked kitchen, kitchen was bare except for the filth and roaches. We asked the front desk for a couple different regular everyday items and the response was "We don't have that." This was an overpriced, ghetto homeless shelter, not a hotel! We saw quarantined rooms and people being evicted. We left a day early. I have photos for proof.

Was one of the dirtiest rooms i have ever been in. Everything very disgusting. Tub peeling paint in it. Shower head broken and disgusting. Stains all over sink where brushing teeth. Awful smell. No remote for tv. Just an awful awful room..

Room had a bad odor, had to go out and buy febreeze to help with the smell, had mold in the room and bathroom, people smoking marijuana in the hallways, stinking up the place. Very run down hotel. Won't be staying here anymore. Would like a refund. But i know i won't get it.

Checking in they told us our 1st toon didnt have a bathroom door then they found us another room tokd us it was ready when we walked in the maid was still cleaning so we had to wait longer then we called for extra pillows blankets and towels they had no pillows or blankets and gave us 2 fitted sheets then online it stated we would have grab to go breakfast but upon walking down there we was told they dont have breakfast and also the bed they switched us 2 was full size beds not queen how we booked definitely would never recommend or book again horrible experience

Room was in very poor condition, the floor was sticky, the drawers were stuck partially open and wouldn’t not open or close, the mattress in the pull out couch had large stains on it. There was a strong bleach smell in the room and when the air kicked on the room filled with cigarette and marijana smoke from people smoking outside the room. Despite all of the negatives it was cheap, bed was decently comfortable and check in was quick.

The room was in horrible disrepair. In desperate need of new floor and paint, new tub and better lighting! It is a dive of a place not worth more than 50-60.00 per night. The people who worked the front desk were fantastic, though.

I booked 1 room for 3 adults, 3 children for 2 nights. Once I was checked in and given a room key, my family and I opened our room door to find another family already assigned to that room, when I went to the front desk they had miscommunicated and forgot that the family in that room had extended their stay! Once they reassigned us another room, the pullout couch had no sheets, was yellow and all you felt was the metal box springs. It was uncomfortable! The hallway stunk of weed, there were unsupervised children roaming the hallways, there was no feeling of being comfortable. I was told we were going to upgrade our room for the inconvenience they caused and when I asked the front desk, they kept putting me off, putting me off, and putting me off. We were in Orlando to go to a theme park and all this waiting to move our belongings to our new room was causing us time at the theme park. The front desk guy (he was young, Hispanic with wavy hair and a goatee beard, he wasn't wearing a name tag, otherwise I would have put him on here) treated me like garbage while I stayed cool and calm in front of my children. DO NOT STAY AT THIS PLACE. THE PICTURES ARE FALSE ADVERTISEMENT. Although I booked the hotel for 2 nights, we stayed 1 night and left the following morning after the disrespect from the second front desk guy. The managers don't do anything either. I ended up booking a hotel called Ramada Suites by the Orlando airport about 20 minutes away from this filthy place.
