This Solana Villa has recently been beautifully refurbished throughout. This 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom villa can sleep 8 people comfortably. This villa is fully air conditioned/heated throughout and has FREE WIFI and cable TV.

The fully equipped kitchen has a brand-new Cooker, Refrigerator/Freezer with Icemaker and Microwave Oven, As well as Dishwasher and Waste Disposal Unit, plus all crockery and cutlery, are provided. The separate Utility Area provides a large capacity Washing Machine, Tumble Dryer, Iron and Ironing Board. All linens and towels provided for your convenience.

The 2 master bedrooms have wall mounted flat screen TV’s, and TV’s in both twin rooms. The pool and patio with covered lanai are south facing allowing for maximum sunshine, with no rear neighbours. The pool can be heated (optional). There is a safety fence fitted around the pool. If you decide that this is unnecessary for your party, it can be easily removed and stored in the garage. The garage has been converted into a games room which boasts a full-sized air hockey table, pool table, ping pong table, football table and a dart board.
