The overall hotel was nice and the staff were excellent and very friendly. They kindly offered me water and were always attentive and kind. The only reason I gave 3 stars Vs three is the general area. The nearby WAWA gas station was full of homeless people and homeless people could be seen regularly walking around the property. One of the days one came into the lobby and approached me making me feel super uncomfortable and the front staff girl as well. More security should be in the lobby to prevent this in the future.

Great Location , we booked a 3 night stay for the holiday, wonderful location near mall at millenia, when you book here note that traffic can sometimes pile up near the entrances. Food is standard break fast fare, nothing special. Additially shower drained slow. Would stay here again for ease of convenience

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were excellent, the property was spotless, and the location couldn’t have been better. I felt safe and comfortable throughout my visit, and I would absolutely recommend it to others. One small note—though it may just be a personal preference—the toilets don’t have a top seat. As someone a bit clumsy, I found myself being extra careful when showering. That aside, everything else exceeded my expectations. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options, and the hotel is conveniently close to many shops and restaurants. It’s only about a 20‑minute drive to Universal Studios, and the highlight was being able to watch the fireworks show right from my room. Truly an awesome experience, and I’ll definitely be staying here again.
