Breakfast space was spacious. Hallways smelled fresh and clean. The theme park shuttle was helpful, but the online registration could be more efficient and the pickup/dropoff times could be more frequent and/or earlier and later. Room was a little musty and the shower had a large rusty crack in the middle.

Everything was great while we visitied. My daughter forgot two pairs of shoes and I called all day after leaving the hotel to ask about them, but no one could answer the phone. I sent a message, and never got a reply. Called the next day, and was told no one found them.
