One day stay

The place was clean, friendliness, affordable, spaces it has different amenities and restaurants in walking distanced. The only two things I don’t like elevators and when it comes to a stop it would shake weird and the beds are ok. But I would stay here again already booking my next stay.

Not what we expected, the room smelled realy moldy and dated. We couldn't stsy in the room not even for 10 minutes, we left and went to the one of the other Marriott.

I loved everything about the property. Breakfast was absolutely amazing every day. Staff is friendly, wonderful. Helpful and eagar to assist. This is now my home away from home.

Slow check-in at 10pm on a Saturday. Hotel reeked of air freshener in common spaces and rooms. Room smelled musty with air freshener smell trying to overpower it. Linens for bunk beds consisted of a fitted sheet, pillow and top sheet… no blanket so kids were cold all night. Rooms were clean but dated and worn.

Disappointed

Hotel has a selling point that it offers shuttles to Disney parks. However, the shuttles are available at times that dont work. Example: It offers 5pm drop off to Disney Springs. Park opens at 10am. No other time is offered. I text number with additional questions and no answer from service. The hotel itself is fine. But uber cost me quite a bit, i counted on shuttle.

Rating: 3.5/5 Overall, our experience was decent. The hotel staff were great - friendly and accommodating. However, the room was a bit old and had noticeable dirt buildup, which was disappointing. The breakfast was standard fare - pancakes, eggs, and sausage - nothing too exciting, but it did the job. The kids loved the Mickey Mouse waffle maker, which was a nice touch! One perk worth mentioning is the $5 daily voucher for snacks or drinks of your choice. With some renovations and menu expansion, this hotel could really shine.
