Family 3BR Retreat – Water Park, Pools & Disney Access

WorldMark Reunion is located within the expansive Reunion Resort, a 2,300-acre gated community just outside Orlando. The resort is known for its resort-style amenities and access to multiple golf courses designed by legends like Arnold Palmer, Tom Watson, and Jack Nicklaus.

Guests can enjoy access to multiple pools, a lazy river, water park, tennis courts, dining options, and family-friendly activities throughout the property. The resort combines a vacation club feel with access to a larger luxury resort experience.

The resort is located in Kissimmee within Reunion Resort, approximately 7–11 miles from Walt Disney World and within easy driving distance of Universal Orlando and other major attractions.

Guests can also enjoy nearby shopping, dining, and golf, along with easy access to Orlando’s theme parks and entertainment options.

- Not all units have access to an elevator. The elevator's maintenance is not managed by Wyndham.
- 24-hour front desk
- A credit card and a $250 security deposit may be required for reservations upon check-in.
- This resort is cashless, and room charging is not permitted. Debit and credit cards are accepted, and all resort transactions are pay-as-you-go.
- Luggage carts are currently unavailable at the resort. Please contact resort staff for assistance with luggage.
- On-site shuttle service is available for transportation on resort property (hours vary). Please download the RideReunion App or contact Front Desk.
- Parking is limited, and the resort is not able to accommodate the storage of boats, RVs, and trailers.
- Community pools are open dusk to dawn. The water park is open 10 a.m.-5 p.m. All pools are weather permitting. Children who are not fully potty trained must wear swim diapers. There are no lifeguards on duty. Please refer to posted pool signage for more information.
- Wi-Fi is available for an additional daily charge. Please contact the front desk for current pricing and assistance with activation.

DURING YOUR STAY

- NO SALES PRESENTATION REQUIRED: This resort is part of a timeshare program, and you may be invited to attend a sales presentation during your stay. Attendance is completely optional and is never required when booking through Koala. Pro tip: If you choose to attend, the gifts and incentives are often negotiable.

- The primary guest checking in must be at least 21 years old.

- Resorts own and manage all units/amenities; unit assignments at check-in.

- Room photos are samples; actual furniture/layout may vary.

- The Resort is responsible for maintenance, may alter/close select amenities due to repairs or other factors. Koala is responsible for ensuring your check-in and unit category only.

BEFORE YOUR STAY
