The Space:

Welcome to your dream getaway at this stunning gated resort, where safety and tranquility blend to create an ideal retreat. Spanning 1,704 sqft, this large property in Coral Cay Resort offers plenty of space for relaxation and fun.



Inside, enjoy the luxurious king-size master bedroom upstairs with a private en-suite. The cozy downstairs queen bedroom has a nearby full bathroom. On the second floor, charming children’s rooms for boys and girls each have four twin beds sharing a bathroom. There's also a fifth upstairs bedroom with a queen bed.



Unwind in the living room with a 48" LED TV. Each bedroom has a 32" TV. Stay connected with free high-speed WiFi. Gather at the dining table for six, or use the smaller table with four seats for games or meals.



The fully equipped kitchen has high-quality cookware and dinnerware. Step outside onto the screened patio, relax in the hot tub with water views.



Families will appreciate a washer, dryer, iron, ironing board, and plush bedding. Essentials to start your stay are provided; cleaning supplies are not included.



Enjoy easy check-in with a door code after 4 PM. Complimentary on-site parking and friendly local management ensure a relaxed stay. This beautiful gated resort offers a safe, peaceful escape.

Our townhouse is ideally situated near the main attractions, with Disney World and Universal Studios both just a short drive away. Within a few minutes' drive, you'll find a wide array of dining options along US-192, catering to all tastes and preferences. From casual dining to special occasion restaurants, you're sure to find something to satisfy your cravings. Several shopping centers and essential services are also conveniently located nearby. The neighborhood itself is part of a peaceful and secure gated resort community, offering a relaxing retreat after a day of fun.



Getting Around:

Our Kissimmee townhouse offers easy access to transportation. Orlando International Airport (MCO) is approximately 25 minutes away by car. While public transportation options, such as buses, are available with stops near the resort, we recommend using ride-sharing services (Uber/Lyft) or renting a car for maximum convenience when visiting the theme parks and attractions. Complimentary parking is provided on-site for three vehicles. Remember, street parking is not allowed within the community.

★ Booking & Check-In

* Guests must be 21+ to book and must present a valid ID at check-in.

* Please send a full guest list (first & last names) by 5 PM EST, 24 hours before arrival, so we can provide resort access.

★ Amenities

* Pack ’n Plays and high chairs are available for an additional fee.

* Included: fresh linens, 1 bath towel per guest, according to the house’s capacity, 1 hand towel per bathroom, bath rugs, hair dryer, and starter supplies (soap, paper goods, 4 trash bags, 1 laundry detergent, 1 dishwasher pod).

* After the starter supplies, guests are responsible for restocking items as needed.

* Not provided: washcloths, salt/pepper, or open food items.

* Washer & dryer available.



★*POOL AND SPA HEATER (if applicable):*

The SPA is not a hot tub. The SPA is connected to the pool and both are heated by the same system. The pool heater is required to heat both areas and there is an additional fee. Please note: Not all properties have a SPA. This information applies only to homes that include a SPA feature.

The heater can take up to *24 to 48 hours to fully heat* the water and will be turned on once the payment has been processed. Please make sure to request pool heating *at least 48 hours prior* to arrival.

The pool is heated to *86°F*. For health and safety reasons, we cannot raise the temperature beyond 86°F.

Just to clarify, the pool and SPA share the same water temperature since they operate on the same system. We understand that “SPA” can sometimes be mistaken for a jacuzzi, but in this case, it is a warm water area without hydromassage jets.



*Important Notes:*

• Reservations of 2 nights are not eligible for pool heater refunds, even in the event of any possible issue, due to the short duration of the stay.

• During periods of extreme cold temperatures (approximately 32°F–40°F), the pool heater will continue working to maintain the set temperature; however, the water may still feel colder. This is due to external weather conditions and heat loss caused by low outdoor temperatures, on this circumstance the water temperature will only warm 20 degrees more than the outside temperature.

These weather-related conditions are not considered a malfunction of the pool heater and therefore do not qualify for a refund.

★ Maintenance
We’re always ready to assist with any maintenance needs. Surprises can happen even after our check-in inspection. Please report issues promptly so we can address them quickly; delays may affect our ability to assist during business hours.

USPS does not deliver to the property, and we are not responsible for unattended packages.
