POOL HEATER: Please note the pool heater works thru HEAT EXCHANGE and might not function with weather near-freezing temperatures. Pool heat is an optional amenity that’s offered to most of the properties available. It can be added to your reservation at a nightly rate of $40 USD with a minimum of 3 consecutive days. Once pool heat is requested and paid for by the guest, it will be turned on and set to 85ºF - 90ºF. Be aware that pool heat service paid after 4 PM will be turned on on the following day and that the pool may take 24 hours to reach its set temperature.

This home is in a great location to get to MCO, Universal Studios and Disney! Everything was wonderful. The house was clean and stocked with everything we needed for a long weekend stay! Matt was great and check-in/checkout was easy!

If I can give this home 10 stars I would. The pictures does it no justice because it was beyond our expectations!! Very clean home and so neat! It is close to Disney World Parks. 30 minutes from the airport. The host Matt was great with communication although we had no issues. Thank you Matt for opening up your home to us!! We had a great time! Will definitely use again!

Booked for 3 days this week. Ended up arriving and calling the host to cancel right away. We pulled in to have a security guard check my ID and not give us any other information when getting to the condo. No information of where to find the pool house or their hours. It was kind of an awkward experience from the get-go. We headed down the road to the condo and there was a bunch of young adults blasting music, sitting by their cars and a bunch of trash sitting in the lawns. I felt uncomfortable before even getting into the condo. When opening the door the condo, the private pool was not available for us due to a crack in the pool. This was 99% of the reason we booked this condo. While contemplating what to do, we tried to turn on the TV which we couldn’t get to work. Tried going on our phones but no reception and WiFi was not working. I ended up being there for 30 minutes before deciding this was not the place for us to stay. We packed back up and left. Space seemed big and nice. Just a lot of inconveniences for us and not what we expected.

Easy, convenient and clean!

The property was exactly as described and the host was very quick to respond to questions. We had no issues at all. Check in and out were super simple. The condo was big and clean and had everything we needed. The property is very conveniently located (especially if you are visiting a Disney Park). We will definitely recommend this to friends and family.
