Our fully-furnished home offers an enclosed private pool with a spillover spa, an open and spacious floor plan, a fully-stocked kitchen, a family-friendly game room, and more!

The FIRST FLOOR boasts an open floor plan that leads from the front entrance to the back door, with a welcoming view of your private backyard oasis.
• The main LIVING AREA is tastefully decorated and furnished with plush seating and a ROKU TV for streaming your favorite movies.
• The fully-equipped KITCHEN includes all your favorite small appliances and a cozy eating area that leads out to the covered lanai.
• The elegant DINING ROOM includes a table that easily seats 8 and is located between the kitchen and living area, making it the perfect place for family meals or game night!

All BEDROOMS have private bathrooms, 40" ROKU TVs, ceiling fans, and extra pillows and blankets for your comfort. It's like having your own private retreat!

For our smaller guests we offer a high chair, booster seat, 2 strollers, and 2 pack-and-plays. Our house is conveniently located across from a playground with a large common area, perfect for a game of kickball! And just a short walk toward Teascone you'll discover another shaded playground to explore!

POOL/SPA HEAT: If you are coming to Orlando during our cooler months (Oct-Mar) and plan to use the pool or spa during your stay, we recommend adding the optional pool heat. The cost to heat the pool/spa is $35 per day, plus tax. (Please Note: The heater will not function when air temps are below 50 degrees)

Fantastic location. I have stayed in Windsor Hills several times and this has been the best house. It was perfect for our family, well stocked with everything you need for a wonderful vacation. Darlene was very accessible and promptly responded to accommodate us when weather caused a change in our travel plans.

Our family comes from Georgia to stay at a Windsor Hill home every year, and this home was the best so far! This host really thinks of everything to make your stay enjoyable. The kitchen has everything you would want, including both a Keurig and a coffee pot, blender, mixer, crockpot, and the little things like a cheese, grater, a wine opener, baking pans, and plastic storage bowls to keep your leftovers, etc.. There are strollers and pack-n-plays, games, and lots of pool toys. I love the layout of this home as it has 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms on the main floor and 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms upstairs. There are also 3 king beds which makes it really great for couples. The other two bedrooms have room for 3 kids in each room. The property manager Darlene was exceptional! She responded quickly to anything we needed. I really appreciated her great communication!Windsor Hills is the best place to stay if you are “doing Disney”, as the parks are all just a short drive away. Windsor Hills has a lot to offer all in its own. I highly recommend this home- we will definitely be back again next year!

My family of 4 stayed here for our Disney trip. It was easy to travel from the house to the Disney parks. There is a Walmart less than 1 mile from the house. We also utilized the resort pool, bar, and slides. My children loved the big pool as well as the pool at the house. The basketball goal was a big hit. I rated the cleanliness of the house only 4 stars because the plumbing fixtures in kitchen and bathrooms and master shower caulk need a deep clean/replacement. For those planning to cook, I suggest asking Darlene which cooking items you need as we had to make due with items we expected (but were not listed) like a cookie sheet (none) and casserole dish (only 1 was there and it was huge). One of the main reasons my family always stays in houses instead of hotels is so that we can cook meals for our family, so having a well-stocked kitchen is a necessity for us. Usually kitchens are better stocked than this one was. The beds were clean and comfortable. The house and neighborhood were quiet and safe.

Bright Suns Getaway was just what my family needed! We had a wonderful time at this vacation home! The pool and amenities were absolutely perfect for our who family and it kept us entertained for hours. Everything was very clean, well-maintained, and truly family-friendly. All of the little details impressed me! :) We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay during our trip and would definitely recommend it to other families! Family trip

The house was nice and in a great community with plenty to do. We enjoyed having the space and a private pool. The home can used some updates but it was still nice. Dealing with Darlene was amazing, she’s very thorough and pleasant to work with. There was an issue with one of the stairs that could’ve caused some serious damage to anyone coming and not being careful, and Darlene was on top of the it and had it repaired the following morning. Overall stay was very nice.

Everything was wonderful. Darlene was very responsive and accommodating. The house was in a great location, had everything we needed for our party of nine, and was very clean. Great two weeks at Bright Sun's Getaway

We really enjoyed our two week stay at the property, it's a spacious house with a cozy homely feel thanks to the decor and amenities. Ideal for family gatherings, holidays, vacation. Windsor Hills is in a great location, and also has some fabulous amenities for the guests to use. Darlene was incredible at replying to my queries. We would definitely book here again.

Florida Vibes and Good times

Just returned from an amazing Florida trip, and it exceeded all expectations! From the start, the place was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, which made for a comfortable stay. They provided all the essential amenities, making it feel like a true home away from home. The location was perfect – so close to all the major attractions, great restaurants, and shopping spots.
