Welcome to your perfect getaway at family-friendly Runaway Beach Club resort! This smoke-free, 1,503 sq ft condo features the largest 2-bedroom layout in the resort, offering plenty of space to relax and unwind. Designed with a coastal flair, the interior showcases cottage-style furnishings, beach-inspired décor, and a soothing palette of sunshine yellow, sky blue, and ocean deep hues. Ceiling fans in every room enhance the airy, breezy feel.

The open-concept living and dining area boasts soaring 20-foot cathedral ceilings, creating a bright, expansive space ideal for gathering with family and friends. A loft overlooks the living room and serves as a bonus living/game area, complete with a foosball table, queen sleeper sofa, and TV with Roku.

The fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances, granite countertops, a convenient breakfast bar, and all the cookware and tableware you’ll need. The dining table comfortably seats four, and the breakfast bar seats 2 more.

Sleeping Arrangements:

- Primary Bedroom: King-sized bed, ensuite bathroom with garden tub, and a large walk-in closet.

- Second Bedroom: Queen-sized bed + twin bed, ideal for families or groups.

- Loft: Queen sleeper sofa, with its own TV and foosball table

There are two full bathrooms, one ensuite and one conveniently located near the second bedroom. You’ll also find a full-sized washer and dryer in the unit for added convenience.

Entertainment & Connectivity:
Enjoy multiple TVs throughout the unit, including a 65” Roku TV in the living room and 43" TV in the primary bedroom, plus TVs in the loft and second bedroom. (Loft TV features Roku streaming.) High-speed private WiFi with 500+ Mbps download ensures smooth streaming and connectivity during your stay. A dedicated workspace is provided in the loft.

Security:
Guest safety, and the safety of the property, is a priority. There is a Ring doorbell camera installed at the front door. The camera provides security for guests as well as for the property. The camera is outward-facing only, as guest privacy is also a top priority. Interference with the camera is against the house rules and will result in termination of the reservation.

Peaceful & Private Setting:
Located on the second floor, this condo offers extra peace and quiet with no units above. A secure, covered entrance on the ground floor leads to your private indoor staircase and living areas. Although part of a resort community, each condo has its own private entrance for added privacy.

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please remove food from refrigerator and cabinets, and discard. Take all trash/garbage to the dumpster just inside resort's entrance gate.
Rinse dirty dishes and place in the dishwasher. You can run the dishwasher if you wish, but it isn’t necessary. Double-check for all your belongings, in drawers, closets, under beds, and in the safe.
Don't forget to log out of your Netflix or other streaming or social media account if you have used the Roku or smart TV.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The place was clean and wonderful - we will definitely plan on staying here again. The location is a short drive to everything at Disney World - and unlike other places around Disney the traffic in and around this condo was very good. Also Patsy was a great communicator all throughout the process.

Perfect Vacation Condo

We Loved our stay here! The condo was perfectly located in proximity to Disney World. Everything was very clean, and Patsy was so great to work with. I will definitely be back to stay here in the future. The pool is also so great, our kids loved it so much they decided to forego a planned day at the beach and rather just spend the day lounging ant swimming at the pool. Loved our time here!

Perfect for a trip to Disney

Patsy was great at communicating! The property is lovely and just as stated. The Walmart and Publix down the road were so convenient for groceries (and Disney souvenirs). I would highly recommend staying.

Lovely condo, very clean and comfy!

Great Disney location

Great location with plenty of room for my small family to spread out. Very comfortable beds, kitchen with all the essentials, and LOTS of storage throughout. Patsy was great and easy to communicate with and ensured our arrival/check-in was stress-free. Highly recommend this property - superb location, accomodations, and value!

Great Place

The condo is exactly like the pictures. The beds are really comfortable. The best part of this condo is the owner Patsy. She was always available to assist in any way you needed....she went out of her way to make sure our stay was a good as she could possible make it. We stayed a month and would definitely stay again. Ideally located to visit Disney Theme Parks

Condo is as described in the listing. I has ample space for a big family. I wouldn't go at saying that the kitchen is of "gourmet" type but it has the many usual items to accommodate you. The condo and property are very clean. Patsy was very responsive communicating with us beforehand. We had stayed in Kissimee area before and this condo has the best location in term of proximity to Disney and other conveniences around. The only minor grief I can mention is that the condo units (all of them I guess) are not very well soundproof. We could hear other neighbors from the master bedroom at night. Being on the second floor, I would imagine that the guesses staying on the main floor could hear our footsteps but we were very careful about this. I would recommend and stay again at this place without hesitation. Frederic

Nice condo but....

Dealing with Patsy and Larry was a delight. They were quick to respond to our request and gave easy to follow instructions on how the rental process worked. No surprises.👍🏻. The check in when very smooth as well. The condo was nice and clean. It had everything we needed for our stay. Very comfortable beds.. But as for the property, we went to check out the pool area( around 4:30) just after check in, we found the office was closed ( this was on a Wednesday), and that the very large deck that is showed in the pictures that looks over the lake was no longer acceptable. It was completely fenced off. Our kids wanted to sedum and use the hot tub that evening around 8:30 or so, when we arrived at the pool it was very dark. The lighting is very poor. There was no lighting in the pool or around, or in the hot tub. It was hard to see. Not very inviting. Most places I have stayed over the years has a few computers and printers in the office area with other things such as work out room sitting area etc etc. This office area even had a half basketball court., but all were closed . When they were open, I needed to print my boarding passes for our return flight and I was told they did not have a computer or printer. No game room or anything for the kids. I give the condo a great review. It was very nice. As for the resort area Runaway Beach, it is not very inviting.

Great family vacation!

The pool was is perfect for toddlers and infants. Very clean condo. Comfortable. Beds are great. Patsy was easy to communicate with. No issues at all and would stay here again. Easy access to all parks with our rental vehicle and grocery and all amenities are extremely close by.

Runaway beach experience

My first experience with VRBO was great one with a lovely home that was well worth the money . My experience from the registration, check in and staying on the property was amazing. Everything was easily arranged and processed . I would most definitely recommend this property and owners to my friends and family.

Awesome! Spacious and clean

We stayed here for 11 days, 3 adults and two kids. Very spacious. Pools were awesome, not crowded. Property was well kept and clean! Close to the parks, restaurants, grocery stores, shopping, etc. Perfect place for a family to stay. We loved it.

Convenient location with plenty of space for a family of 5

Very nice accommodations generally. As stated in the notes from Magical Memories, bugs might be seen despite treatments — 9 decent size water bugs/roaches killed during our 5 nights (makes me an Ace!). Disappointing, but that’s “part of the region”. The master bed mattress and couches (main floor and upstairs) were not the most comfortable. Very firm couches, probably due the hide-a-beds, and the mattress in the bedroom has been “scooped” on one side due to wear. Only minor complaints to be honest, as the overall stay was enjoyable for my family. Appreciate the simplicity of the check-in and check out despite occurring after hours in both cases.

Great place to relax and enjoy!

This property was as described. Roomy, clean and comfortable. Close to attractions, restaurants shopping and golf. Would recommend more silverware, glasses and dishes for people who like to eat-in. We were just two and found ourselves constantly washing by hand or running the dish washer. Cable TV channel list was a bit frustrating to figure out. We like to watch sports and found it difficult to search for channels. We finally downloaded the channel list from the internet. Also, there was a dust pan but no broom. We would definitely return in the future!

This property is well maintained, and is very close to the Publix and Walmart for your groceries. The Condo itself is very spacious and quite clean. We had trouble with our check-in, and when I called Patsy, she got on it right away and took care of it. She even gave us a 1 night refund! What a pleasant lady to deal with. Eric and Shiela King

Great location!

Very nice location. Nice outdoor amenities. Nice place, but needs updating and a DEEP cleaning. The beds and sofas were hard as a rock. Would stay again if there were softer bedding.
