We are approximately 9 miles from Disney’s animal Kingdom in about 45 minutes away from universal studios all depending on traffic we also have two golf courses within 2 to 5 miles away. there is absolutely no smoking anything or vaping. You will be responsible for damages from the smell and keep the front door closed at all times. There is only two cars allowed to park and they must be all on the pad in front of my house no tires or allowed in the street or the grass absolutely no street parking allowed they (resort)will tell you. Guest are responsible for damages done by themselves or a pet, pets cannot be left alone and must be on a leash outside at all times. Pickleball courts wonderful 10 indoor courts air-conditioned beautiful bar and restaurant great Food 7 miles away open-plays all day long ask me about it.
There is an additional one time charge of $60 per stay not per night for pets.
