This 5,496 sq ft Kissimmee estate is built for large family groups, with 11 bedrooms and 18 beds sleeping up to 30 guests across two floors. Four king bedrooms sit on the ground floor for easy access, with seven more bedrooms — including two themed suites — upstairs.

Sleeping Arrangements (sleeps 30 including infants)

- Bedrooms 1, 2, 3, 4 (1st floor): king bed each with an ensuite bathroom
- Bedrooms 5, 6, 7, 8 (2nd floor): king bed each with an ensuite bathroom
- Bedroom 9 (2nd floor): two queen beds — Frozen-themed suite
- Bedroom 10 (2nd floor): double bed + single bed — Harry Potter-themed
- Bedroom 11 (2nd floor): five single beds — Harry Potter-themed

Bathrooms:
- 13 bathrooms, including 10 ensuite and 3 half bathrooms spread across the two floors.
- Hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, towels, and bed linens are all provided.

Location:
- Located in Encore at Reunion Resort, just 8 miles from Walt Disney World, Disney Springs, and ESPN Wide World of Sports, 17 miles to Universal Orlando, 16 miles to SeaWorld, and 31 miles to LEGOLand. Island H2O Water Park about 10 minutes away. Restaurants along Irlo Bronson Memorial Highway/192 are within a 10-minute drive.
- Resort amenities available include restaurants and bars, basketball and beach volleyball courts.

Kitchen & Living:
- A full gourmet kitchen (2 fridges, 2 ovens, 2 dishwashers, coffee bar, and cooking basics for a crowd) opens onto an island with casual seating and a formal dining table for group meals. The open-plan living area is anchored by multiple couch seating with pool views.

Entertainment:
- A dedicated theater room with reclining seating, projector, Roku streaming, DVD player, and a separate game room with a pool table and arcade game give the group plenty to do without leaving the house.
- Smart TVs and 1,000 Mbps Wi-Fi cover streaming and video calls throughout.

Outdoor:
- A private heated pool, hot tub, and private splash pad are set outside with sun loungers and space to spread out.
- Pool heat is available for an additional daily fee. Pool heating is available while the hot tub is off. When the hot tub is on, the pool heater will be off.
- Pets are welcome to enjoy the fully fences yard too. Additional fee for pets.
- A grill is not available at the property, however, we will share a vendor where you can rent one for your stay.

Practical Details:
- Dual washers and dryers (one set downstairs and one set upstairs), free parking for up to 6 vehicles subject to size of vehicles, smart lock self check-in, and a private entrance.

To cater to your needs, we have made sure to supply a few essential items to make your stay easier. We are pleased to share we have three pack 'n plays. These provide a safe and comfortable sleeping environment for your little ones. Additionally, we also have a high chair to make mealtimes more convenient for your family. - We understand that traveling with children can sometimes require additional planning and packing, so we hope these amenities will help lighten your load and ensure a stress-free stay.

The home now boasts newly updated wood flooring throughout all its rooms. Discover your very own private sanctuary, where outdoor bliss awaits to enchant and captivate your senses. Complete with a sparkling pool, playful splash pad and hot tub. The pool can be heated for an additional fee of $50 per day. Need a grill delivered? We are happy to arrange it for you to arrive just in time for your stay.

Given the size of our home and the number of guests it accommodates, some scuffs, scratches, and signs of wear may be present that aren't shown in photos. While we regularly repaint and replace items, this doesn’t happen between every stay. Please note that minor wear and tear is a natural part of a well-loved vacation home, but we will happily note imperfections should they appear.

We also understand that laundry needs can be significant during travel, especially for larger groups or longer stays. That's why we have not just one, but TWO sets of washing machines and dryers available for your use. In addition, our home features TWO refrigerators, TWO sinks, and TWO dishwashers. We understand that having ample storage and kitchen space can make a significant difference in your overall experience. Whether you need extra space to store groceries or prepare meals for your group, you'll find these additional amenities to be quite beneficial.

Pet-friendly!
We welcome up to two pets with a $375 add-on. Please be sure to include your pet in the reservation before arrival so everything is properly noted and prepared for your stay.

Note: Before you arrive you will be asked to complete a rental agreement and submit photo ID for age verification. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process.

Guests must be at least 25 years old to book this cabin. Guest under 25 with stellar reviews may be considered, but a security deposit will be required to reserve this home.
