This property is one of the dirtiest properties on the inside that I've ever stayed in. We had to wash all of the sheets the first night that we got there because they were dirty. The carpet was filthy leaving your feet black after you walk upstairs for so long. 4 out of the 5 guests that stayed in this property got sick, and when I reached out to them about how disgusting and nasty the property was they kept saying, “we have an inspector and cleaner that cleared the apartment before you arrived.” This company is charging for a cleaning fee and they ARE NOT cleaning the way that they should be. They washed the towels on low soil so they can save money. That's disgusting. The upstairs is NOT vacummed. We own properties in the Lake of the Ozarks and we would NEVER allow this home to be that filthy. The upstairs shower has mold from the holes in the bottom door metal panel. They need to close this rental property and renovate this property. We are paying too much money for people to be lazy and not clean thoroughly. Truly disappointing and we will never be back.
