* If Guest/Tenant utilities used exceed pre-determined limits for rental period (outlined in listing and lease agreement), the Owner will contact Guest/Tenant, provide a copy of the bill and request any overage amount. Guest/Tenant agrees to pay that fee(s) to the Host/Owner promptly. Due to the billing cycle, utility bill may be sent to Guest/tenant after departure.
****Guests under age 18 must have adult supervising him/her/them**. -Property not conducive to children 12 years of age or younger.
*Guests under the age of 18 years old and/or *Service/ Support animals cannot be left alone on the premises. *Service and Support Animals must be fully housebroken, with current vaccinations records.
*Person assigned to Service/Support animal must pick-up of feces daily and dispose of it daily in a separate baggie and place in outside city garbage can.
**All local, state, and federal laws must be adhered to by the Guest(s).
