Dont wastw your money unless youre on a tight budg

Breakfast was underwhelming. Staff can never keep up with refilling items. Smallest coffee cups Ive ever had to use. No healthy options other than oranges and bananas (when they WERE stocked), and cooked eggs. Thats it. ALL bathrooms need remodeled and new plumbing. Switched rooms due to tub faucet not working properly. However next room wasnt much better. Heard footsteps above us all THREE nights. Overall, a fairly bad experience. Although budget friendly, rather pay more and get better quality breakfast and room. Never will come back.

The Galleria Palms is a decent, affordable stay. Overall, it's clean but has it's issues. The pool was fine, but I'd have to ask for pool towels almost every day, even in the afternoon as the station was empty. The laundry is meager and dirty. The dining options are okay, but they never seemed to have enough of certain things. The room was clean and relatively quiet and location was good.

Overall I like the Hotel, Staff and breakfast. The only thing they have to improve is in the bathroom shower. the wall needs on repairmen. But the room was perfect. Definitely I will stay again.

For budget travellers, this hotel is for you. Close to restaurants and bargain Disney gift shops. When I say close, it’s just about 2-3 minutes walk. Breakfast is decent. Small pool but good enough for kids to enjoy especially in hot summer days. The hotel is clean and the hallways are air conditioned and fragrant. The only downside of this hotel is - it’s dated. There are also no trash cans by the elevators in each floor.
