We stayed at Galleria Palms for six nights and had a wonderful experience. Every staff member we met was warm, welcoming, and always willing to answer our questions or address any concerns. Our room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The complimentary shuttle service to the theme parks was convenient, with multiple departure times that made planning our days easy. We would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Orlando!

Came to Orlando for a Disney trip with friends from Boston and stayed at this terrific hotel. Staff very friendly. Clean rooms , comfortable beds and a great self service breakfast. Would highly recommend and will stay again when returning to Orlando

Robbin y Freddy de front desk fueron siempre muy amables. Robbin nos espero el late check in, nuestro vuelo se atrasó y ella con una sonrisa nos atendió y nos dió detalles de nuestro hotel. Freddy nos ayudó unos días después con detalles para el check out y direcciones de lugares. El personal del buffet de desayuno siempre muy atento y amable y muy puntual. La habitación estaba limpia, siempre llegaban a hacerla. La refri es pequeña. Pero tiene microondas.

Best place to stay

I went to spend the weekend with my family I was there about three weeks earlier at the same hotel. Everything was absolutely amazing from the staff to the rooms I definitely enjoyed it so did the family thumbs up to everyone.

Walking in to the hotel I wasn't sure about staying there but the rooms were updated and extremely clean. The staff were all friendly and seemed to be glad you were there.
