Discover your dream rental in the heart of Kissimmee at Bella Vida Resort. This spacious 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom townhome offers 1,932 square feet of modern comfort.
This is the perfect great looking townhome will make you feel like home with Disney-inspired decoration. The living room is spacious with comfortable seating a large TV to enjoy a movie night with family and friends. Our dining are seat up to 6 guests and the kitchen is fully equipped with all you need to prepare great meals!!
The bedroom #1 comes with a King Mickey Mouse suite that has its own master bath with a walk-in shower and TV. The bedroom #2 is a Full bed with an Harry Potter decoration. The Bedroom #3 comes with two twin beds and an amazing Frozen decorations and last but not least our last bedroom #4 comes with a bunk bed and a full bed and an exquisite Star-wars decoration.
Spacious area with Arcade games! Laundry Room with full Washer/Dryer. The home is highlighted by a custom pool area where you can enjoy breathtaking sunsets and the views to the garden.
Gated community. It is just 15 minutes from Disney attractions and close to the shops and restaurants in the area. Amenities include community pool, clubhouse, exercise room, gated entry.
BE THE FIRST AND MAKE LASTING MEMORIES AT LAS FUENTES RETREAT
Please note, that the AC temperature will not be set up lower than 72 degrees.
The minimum age required is 18.
BBQ grill and Pool Heat are additional fees. A services fee of $50 will be applied for the pool heating order placed less than 7 days before arrival.
Early check-in and late check- out might be possible but subject to availability.
Only 2 cars can be parked on driveway and no street parking is allowed.
Office hours from 9am to 10pm
NO landline phone is provided
No car allow to park on the sidewalk.
No trailers, commercial cars and RV are prohibited to parked on Crystal Cove Property
