Disliked: Cleanliness
The town house was beautiful! Unfortunately it was very dirty.
It is a beautiful quiet peaceful community. The townhouse was beautiful just very dirty. The floor did not seem to be vacuumed, swept or mopped in a very long time. When walking around with our socks they turned black. There were crumbs, human hair, pet hair, nail clippings, dead bugs, caps and papers on the floor. The flooring is beautiful tile and vinyl imitation wood floors but they were filthy. I wanted to be comfortable since we were staying for a week so we went out and bought cleaners and I cleaned most of the floor with disinfectant and paper towels. The kitchen counters had crumbs and salt or sugar on it. Also we found dried up food on the kitchen table. We did the best to clean up the mess that was there when we arrived. The toilets and bathroom vanities seemed to be clean but the bathroom floors and showers were yucky. I wrote to the property manager a few times and still have not received a response. Also the personal pool was foggy and had rocks and sand in it. It did not have any traces of sanitizer in it whatsoever. The home and amenities are beautiful. Just hope that they keep it cleaned well to preserve it. It is about 20 minutes from the parks and attractions.
