Overcharged and no communication with property manager.

The property manager charged me over the price on my receipt. After 4 attempts to contact him and also contacting vacation USA, he still has not responded. I will go through my credit card company and report this fraudulent charge. The property is also listed as wheelchair accessible and it is not by ADA standards.
