This is a lovely resort style 3BD TownHouse located in the prestigious Emerald Island Resort and is good to accommodate up to 8 people. Nature view 3 bed/3 bath, fully furnished upgraded and convenient to pool/clubhouse. This home is air-conditioned and free parking is available on site.

This gated community has so much to offer only few minutes to grocery store, many restaurants, ice cream shop, bank, pharmacy, emergency clinic and much more!

24 hour guard at the gate. This property comes with all kitchen appliances. Lovely backyard views especially from the upstairs balcony .This property is walking distance to the clubhouse. The clubhouse has a pool, hot tub, tiki bar, gym, sauna. The community also has basketball, tennis and volleyball and a walking trail. Emerald Island Resort is just five minutes from Disney theme parks and shopping.

Great location

Overall nice stay, only issue was the unit itself. There was a lot water damage throughout the unit. Biggest issue was bathroom in master bedroom the bathtub creaked so bad felt like you were going to fall through the floor. Other than that unit was professionally cleaned prior to our arrival.
